It's so wonderful to be here in this moment of time and space, co-creating with folks and sharing Reiki in community.
I am a space holder and asker of questions. A Coach and a Reiki Teacher. I am also a mother, wife and I consider myself to be an Aquarian born for these very times.
Offering deep gratitude for the opportunity to meet here on Turtle Island and I thank the many generations of people that have taken care of this land for thousands and thousands of years. My family resides in Ottawa which is the traditional unceded territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg people. We respectfully acknowledge them and any other (recorded or unrecorded, acknowledged or unacknowledged) nations of this land. We acknowledge that Ottawa is home to many Indigenous Peoples from across Turtle Island.
We are grateful to have the opportunity to work in the community, on and with this land as we strive to exist in right relationship with the land and all the beings here.
I am fascinated with the stars and all that exists beyond, with this very human existence and how we can merge with our highest selves and highest purpose. I believe that we are awakening to all that is, coming online to the vastness of our consciousness and all that we are.
It's such an honour to be here, in this moment in time and space knowing that every step has lead me here. To think back to the moments I fell in love with teaching as a Hip Hop dance instructor back in the early 2000s, or reflect on how Reiki and energy work have completely changed my life and opened me up to a multiverse of magic and possibility brings me such immense joy. My work, my company and even how I teach is a product of my own journey to healing, growth and evolution.
I'm so proud to have built a heart centred business that is focused on supporting community and offering tangible ways to heal, and ultimately evolve. It means the world to facilitate experiences (whether in class, during a Reiki treatment, event or ceremony) that invites people deeper into their relationship with Self, Source and Spirit.
It is my hope that as we heal ourselves, as we grow and evolve, that we assist in building a world where each of us are able to thrive.
