EQUINOX TO EQUINOX 

With the Fall Equinox we begin the descent into the void that is Winter.

This cycle, this initiation of death and rebirth is an incredibly powerful journey, one that will create deep transformation when moved through with intention. It's one of my favourite times of year - I find that nature perfectly demonstrates when and how to let go and be still. In the clearing of space and the time to go inwards, we create fertile soil to plant seeds of creation when we emerge through the other side (ushered by the Spring Equinox).

With this offering it is my intention to work with this cycle of death and rebirth as guided by the Sun cycle (the macro) and the Lunar phases (the micro). We, those who say yes to this deep dive, will hold space for our transformation within the collective of our group and for ourselves in our personal journey. We will intentionally create community - one where we are seen and received in our wholeness, where we relate as sovereign beings, with radical love and decolonial thought. We will take time to create the values of our container so that we are able to show up whole, in our truth through this alchemical journey.

Within this 7 month journey, participants receive:

• A recording each month that includes channelled messages, reflection prompts, distance Reiki and a guided meditation to be delivered during the Dark Moon phase, right before the New Moon.

• A monthly live Zoom call that takes place on the week of the Full Moon.

• Support and community as we move through the annual Sun cycle of death and rebirth from Fall Equinox to Spring Equinox.

• A bonus recording for the Winter Solstice and New Year.
